
We were privileged to have been invited to be part of the judging panel for the Pure Chef Challenge. The challenge was to find a find the best meal for this years Valentines Dinner.
The panelists included Alexa Huxter from Hout Bay Manor/ Pure Restaurant; Aletta Longari, Clark Truter, Lara Scott; Max, Bernice, Shane Morrisby,Matt Mercer and Retha van Staden.



Judging was quite difficult as we had to decide the top two out of six courses!
