Isn't is a perfect day for a sunset picnic in Hout Bay?
Toll operators are intending on spending another R54million in structures on a toll road that shouldn't be there anyway. Perhaps it is a way of squeezing more profit out of our pockets.
The big concern is that with all the extra infrastructure if becomes more and more likely that the Free Day pass to picnic spots like this one will be abolished.
